How you can make an impact
We are seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager with strong expertise in AI learning development to join our team in Geneva. Your primary focus will be designing, developing, and delivering AI learning programs that enable clients to harness AI technologies effectively. Experience in change management and communications is a valuable plus but not essential.
- Design and develop tailored AI learning content and programs aligned with client business objectives.
- Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and digital learning modules in English and French.
- Collaborate with AI specialists, business leaders, and HR teams to create engaging, practical learning experiences for diverse audiences.
- Support client capability building by embedding AI knowledge and skills across organizations, aligned with their AI maturity and transformation goals.
- Support the design of experiential learning formats such as solution sprints, hackathons, and simulations to accelerate hands-on adoption.
- Translate complex AI concepts into accessible learning for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to change and communication strategies to enhance learning adoption and support broader transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using analytics and continuously improve content, formats, and delivery methods.
- Collaborate with data teams to align learning with real-world AI workflows and enterprise architecture. Assist in proposal development and client engagements to grow the AI learning practice and shape strategic offerings.
Who We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in learning development, focused on AI
- Solid understanding of AI concepts and their practical business applications
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and influence stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into accessible learning for non-technical audiences
- Experience designing experiential learning formats (e.g., solution sprints, hackathons, simulations)
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and digital pedagogy
- Ability to assess organizational AI maturity and tailor learning accordingly
- Track record of driving measurable learning outcomes (e.g., adoption, retention, capability uplift)
- Experience or interest in change management and communications
- Fluency in English, as well as either French or German
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI Factory models or enterprise AI delivery frameworks
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., Azure ML, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Understanding of Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) and data pipelines
- Experience with learning analytics and adaptive learning platforms
