- Coordination of appointments for meetings
- Translation of documents
- Organization and design of seminars & events in executive education
- Marketing for our executive education programs
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in comparable position (preferably at universities)
- Initiative and open personality
- Reliability and high level of personal responsibility
- High communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Very good English and German language skills (written and oral)
- High IT affinity, e.g. with MS Office programs
The Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management (IFPM) at the University of St.Gallen focuses on research, teaching and practice support on leadership and HRM. Prof. Heike Bruch and the new Prof. Amanda Shantz togehter with their team work very closely with companies and an international research network on practice-relevant issues in areas such as HRM, energy and dynamics, leadership culture, healthy performance and new work. Empirically based and field-tested findings are incorporated into teaching, executive education for practitioners, and corporate collaborations - following the HSG's guiding principle "From Insight to Impact."
