This role is within the Process Industries division in Baden, Switzerland.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Field Service Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and schedule field service activities, ensuring proper preparation, mobilization, and documentation, and act as the primary point of contact for field teams and customers during execution, ensuring safety, quality, and scope compliance.

  • Commercial Handover & Financial Management: Manage the commercial handover from Sales, validating scope, pricing, and contractual conditions prior to execution, and monitor job execution costs, consolidating cost elements, performing margin analysis, and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

  • Service Project & Lifecycle Management: Serve as Service Project Manager for assigned customers and long-term service agreements, and develop and manage lifecycle service plans, including preventive maintenance, remote diagnostics, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.

  • Commercial Performance & Customer Relationship Management: Own the commercial performance of service agreements, including renewals, contract variations, margin control, and upselling opportunities, and build and maintain trusting customer relationships through regular communication, performance reviews, and continuous value delivery.

Your background:

  • Commercial or technical education (e.g., Engineering, Field Service, Business Administration).

  • 3–5 years of experience in service coordination, project management, or a similar customer-facing role.

  • Experience working in a complex, multi-interface environment with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

  • Proven understanding of cost control, margin management, and commercial accountability. Project management experience is an advantage.

  • Fluent in English; Spanish or additional languages are a plus.

  • Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with a positive, motivated attitude.
