Your role and responsibilities

In our training laboratory, we train automation engineers and electronics technicians in their third and fourth years of training. By combining practical training with a variety

of projects, we offer tailor-made solutions in the fields of electronics,

mechanics and electrical engineering.

The working model is: #LI-onsite

The main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring smooth laboratory operations: operating and maintaining equipment, product care and material procurement, as well as ensuring safety in the laboratory and office
• Training, supervising and guiding apprentices in practical projects
• Working closely with R&D and production
• Creating PCBA prototypes and mechanical assemblies, as well as using 3D printing for the precise manufacture of mechanical components

Qualifications for the role

• Training as an electronics technician or automation engineer (TS/HF) with several years of relevant professional experience
• Ability to train apprentices
• High degree of independence and ability to improvise
• Ability to analyse critically, take a structured approach and act reliably
• Enjoy working with apprentices and providing practical training
• Fluent German (min. level C2); good English skills
