Senior Consultant / Manager, Human Capital – HR Cloud - Geneva

How you can make an impact:

• As a HR Cloud Senior Consultant / Manager, your focus will be on advising and implementing cloud technology solutions for diverse clients and projects.
• Help our clients with transforming their HR function by means of digitalizing their HR environment, using cloud technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle or ServiceNow HR to realize this change. These technologies are the future of HR and can improve both the experience of the employee, as well as HR efficiency for the employer. Help organizations to realize that future!
• You contribute by applying expert knowledge and experience on a cloud solution, and by executing deliverables independently and with quality.
• At Deloitte, we work with our clients, therefore you will spend most of your time with a multidisciplinary Deloitte team at the client and will be an essential first point of contact.

In this role you will:

• Align HR functional and / or HR technological drivers with business drivers to tailor an action plan through proven methodologies and ways which can best solve client challenges
• Guide the final deliverables of the go-Live
• Perform quality assurance and give advice about HR IT strategies and roadmaps, their design, and to create and improve these strategies

In addition, you will:

• Work with Swiss and international clients in all stages of the pursuit transformation lifecycle
• Contribute to business development of clients and accounts, in Switzerland and specifically in the Romandie area
• Get the opportunity to specialise and obtain certifications in the leading tools on the HR technology market

Who we are looking for:

• You have the courage to try out new things and to keep learning, even if there are setbacks
• along the way. For this role you also have:
• An excellent command of written and spoken English and French (mandatory). German is a plus.
• Flexibility to travel within Switzerland
• Experience in shaping digital HR strategy and with HR cloud technologies implementation (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or ServiceNow HRSD)
• A certification in one or more of the HR cloud technologies (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or ServiceNow HRSD)
• A relevant university degree (HR, Business, or IT) with excellent academic results
• Relevant working experience in HR cloud or HR processes, preferably for a consultancy firm
• A feel for cultural diversity and organizational structures
• The ability to work in international teams
• Previous experience in managing multiple priorities and delivering quality commitments on time
• Strong analytical skills, combined with excellent social and communication skills
• An excellent relationship builder with clients and fellow consultants, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships
• An independent worker, taking initiative and happy taking on responsibility
