Help our clients solve the biggest IT challenges in their M&A journeys
Our IT M&A specialists play a key role in solving for and delivering complex M&A technology integration and separation projects, advising our clients on maximizing the value and offsetting the risks of technology in M&A transactions. We support them from deal closing, through Day 100 to post-deal completion, assisting them with both transaction priorities and future growth ambitions.
How you can make an impact:
- Work on challenging M&A projects, either within a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements
- Support clients through complex M&A environments resulting from acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs and restructuring projects
- Work across several industries including our primary focus areas of life sciences, financial services, industrials and consumer products
- Work in international teams with very professional and like-minded colleagues: Engage in and manage business development activities, marketing initiatives and practice development activities
- Develop and broaden your network: Work together with other parts of the company or other member firms outside of Switzerland
Who we are looking for:
- You have a university degree and 5 or more years of related work experience in Consulting or a corporate environment
- You have experience in the M&A lifecycle and an understanding of IT's role in the overall transaction lifecycle from deal closing, through Day 100 to post-deal completion
- You have experience in at least two of the below mentioned areas:
- Leading IT separation and integration programmes as well as IT-specific sub-workstream;
- Experience within specific sub-category of IT such as ERP systems design and implementation, Enterprise Architecture, IT Service Management, etc.;
- Experience in planning and executing technology integration and separation plans (Day 100, Day 2 readiness) across different IT domains;
- Preparing and managing Day 100, Day 2 and TSA exit readiness, including executive reporting (developing e.g. dashboards, checklists);
- Developing detailed technical IT blueprint documentation (e.g. application separation scenarios);
- Developing of IT migration/transition plans;
- Developing of a TSA exit-plan and defining TSA-exit costs;
- Standing and running up a technology PMO
